“Everything was satisfactory except the AC. The bedroom was fine but the rest of the suite was 100 degrees. The caretaker was a nice guy, really helpful. Restaurants easily walked to right on the beach and were reasonable priced. We also cooked in our kitchen, which was fun. The 15 foot tides left bare a half mile of ocean floor twice a day where you could explore, walk to the nearest island and find all sorts of interesting things”

“Pearl club a waste of money. Pool in repair game room PlayStation not work. Westin buffet expensive for 2 adults 3 kids. Location ok Just cross bridge before 4pm weekdays Bring laundry detergent dish washer liquid extra t.paper. 4 max unless 1 on couch Master bed is a banana bed. Washer door has error hold door tight w knee so it runs and starts. Living room ac in repair. So only had ac in bedrooms. Kept windows open except when neighbors smoke enters unit. Westin was……

“The host Peter was excellent. He was friendly and give us many good suggestions. He even took us to the grocery store. The place was amazing and clean. I stay with my husband and kids and we had a full kitchen which was convenient especially with little kids.oh and the view was breathtaking.. Would definitely stayed again. Sabreena and Imron”

Nos comunicamos con Hoteles.com y verificamos que nunca fue cancelada por la empresa, fue el hotel quien lo hizo El personal del hotel fue totalmente indiferente y nada servicial, nos tuvieron toda una mañana esperando en el lobby sin ayudarnos o darnos respuestas cuando les hacíamos alguna consulta. La empresa de Hoteles.com inmediatamente quiso comunicarse con el hotel para resolver……

“Unfortunately the location showed the apartment was located at Playa Bonita but it is actually located in Chumical which is 20km away. We were advised by friends who reside in Playa Bonita, whom we wanted to stay close to, that taxis/Uber’s dont go to Chumical and the area is for “adventurous” travelers so we forfeited our non-refundable booking. The host offered a different date but this didn’t resolve the above concerns. ”

“I liked the balcony but there was mold developing on one of the dining chairs. The shower was filthy due to the bathroom window being opened. When I wiped the glass down after a shower, the towel was black. The entire apartment had a musty smell and the drain in the bathroom had a foul odor. I messaged Expedia on the first day of occupancy but never received a response. The reservation also did not stipulate where to obtain the key and I had to send a message. Nothing was ever said about the……

La habitación es acogedora, cómoda, y tiene todo lo que se necesita para estar cómodo y satisfecho, la decoración es muy bonita y me sentí con mi propia libertad y con mi privacidad total también a la misma vez. De seguro volveré de nuevo. Me gustó caminar para la playa y es muy seguro, es de los lugares más seguros que he visitado. Hay una plaza pequeña muy cerca con mini market y 2 restaurantes, la piscina también me gustó. La habitación tiene buen aire acondicionado, la verdad……
